If you just signed up for the test and did not do any studing then it was a good practice for you. I would definately take it again. I believe the national average is around 18 but it has been a while since I took it. I would highly recommend retaking it during the second semester of your junior year. Begin practicing early and taking several practice tests. The library has several books to study and practice and you can also get books at almost any bookstore.

I got a 23 when I was in 7th grade. If a 14 is a pleasing score to you then don't do anything. If you read the information sent to you with your score, maybe you would know if a 14 is okay or not instead of having to ask Yahoo! members. But, anyway, if I were you I would study if I wanted to raise that score.

Since you are only in 10th grade, it won't be a disaster for you, but a 14 is a very low score and would keep you out of many colleges. You should probably read more and learn to write in proper English, not IM-speak.

The ACT math is a lot easier if you've had or are taking Algebra 2.
