All other countries blame us for everything? why?

I would imagine that we are viewed as spoiled, impatient, non-forgiving people who resort to violence to solve conflict.

We are seen as fat, lazy, dumb, flippant people, who have every luxury known to man. We seem to concentrate on ourselves, and we expect others to cater to our needs first and foremost.

I think part of the problem is that people of other countries make generalizations about us based on what they see from our films, our television programs, and our news events.

The violence that we broadcast not only through our films, but also through the news events portray us as spoiled, ungrateful, selfish, and impatient.

Watch a few episodes of The Amazing Race, and it will all start to make sense.

That's just what ignorant people do. Not every person in every other country blame us for everything. There are good and bad people in every country. But when you're not used to someone elses customs and lifestyle it's easy to blame them for things and say bad things about them.

First off the US is not wrong. Survival of the fittest. Our leaders will do any dirty underhanded descipable thing to keep this country going. The US has a long history of meddling in foreign affairs where they shouldnt and supporting brutal dictators as long as said dictator supports our interests. So they blame us and despise us and whine, all the while envious they weren't lucky enough to be born in the US.

They all blame us for everything until something bad happens and we are the first ones they turn to.

You exaggerate. As long as we are a Super Power, we will be the "one to knock down", especially by the countries run by dictators, like Venezuela and Iran.

America is wrong, like any other country, because they (the people who create it/maintain it) create/maintain an imaginary boundary around a land and think that it is real. They then tell the people living within that boundary that they must abide by the country's law. It is just like the imaginary boundary that they use to divide the only one real ocean into many (i.e. Indian, Atlantic, Pacific, Antarctic, etc. . .).

Except of course when they have experienced an invasion or a natural disaster, in which case they're our best friends.

They hate us because they envy the living sh*t out of us. They talk about how terrible we are, yet they all wear American clothes, watch American movies, listen to American music, go to American websites, etc...

Further, if the US is so terrible, why do we have a problem with illegal immigration instead of illegal emigration?

America is the world's global superpower - for now. That's why. But it won't be for long. America's hegemony won't last nearly as long as the Roman Empire did, and soon China will usurp America. Then everyone will hate China.

We skipped a vowel. We went from "Greed is powerful" to "Greed is GOD". between that and the Media going berserk on the full "political correctness" project--fairly making it "incorrect" to be polite, variety or to have compassion for undesirable human beings--and additionally you have have been given a concern the place human beings experience they *could* be cutthroat or be social outcasts. It gets to the place social norms get twisted and it turns into *anticipated of you* to be neglectful of, if no longer outright abusive in the direction of, different human beings. this is the main important 2 issues. We pushed human beings to be grasping bastards just to get by....and on a similar time we overtly attacked, abused and humiliated all people who dared to *think of in any different case*. Calling them "politically splendid" and "pinko liberals" and "pablum spewers". And yeah, a number of it became an overreaction to Jimmy Carter and the top of the Nineteen Seventies--the medicine and disco and all that. yet come on, for 28 years now? 29? fairly. basically my plug nickel....and that i be attentive to, you're gonna hate me now. Sorry.
