Some form of life yes. It would be sad if the only life in this universe was on this planet. I guess it's something we've always hoped for.

I think the life is not exception it is physical principle. In any place where have conditions have or will be a life. Another question is look like it is and which is it's level or have a technology.
In this I am preoccupied with people property. If we can't protect life here then we will destroy life on the next planet, and the next and... Is that good or misbehave?

I think that there was ONCE life on other planets due to scientific research that shows that oceans could have existed on other planets such as Mars. And the fact that they had water, it IS defidently possible that there was life on other planets. There are so many places humans have not discovered or seen yet, so it is a possibility. It makes me think really hard.

I think there is life out there. There are so many stars and planets in our Universe. It would be such a shame if Earth was all alone in the Universe.

i'm a bit surprised you didn't ask why or how we came to believe. my enlightenment came decades ago when i first stomped on a cockroach and i thought it was dead but minutes later they start moving and then walk away as if nothing can kill them. if these creatures survived the ice age and other 1000ft tsunami-meteor catastrophes, then i guess there must be hard-to-kill life forms out there. brainless creatures that can survive jupiter-size storms and harsh venus-like heat conditions or bitter-cold dark frozen desert wastelands.
