9 out of 10 people that are legally blind have some vision,and even drive.

Well I'm pretty sure it's because all of the ATMs are made the same, and some are put in grocery stores, etc.
Also, they'd probably get sued for being discrimanatory if they didnt.

That way if a blind person would drive up there, it will tell them that they shouldn't be driving. And to turn themselves in to the police immediately.

No, but some seeing people are pretty damn close to being blind. They shouldn't be driving, but for some reason, they still let 'em.

Maybe it is just easier to buy all the machins with the brail...who knows a blind person could be in the back seat...and need his money.

Are you SURE blind people don't drive? I've seen some crazy people out on the road, and I could've SWORN they couldn't see!

i agree... not only that, why would a blind person use an ATM machine anyway? there could be a person standing right there watching them use it and will get the code!

i know! there are also braille signs by stairs, who would send a blind person down the stairs????
