I got my results back today, and my composite score is a 27. I know that's enough to get a full scholarship to my chosen school, but how good is it? Should I take it again (I'm in 10th)?

Its a good respectable score, but not good enough to get you into an elite school - the top schools, like the Ivies, Duke, UChicago, etc have averages around 30 - 31 for their students. If you are just a sophomore, then you can take it again... but if you have already settled on a school, then maybe it's not worth it.

It's a good score. I'm not quite sure why you wouldn't take the exam again as college applications are not done until your junior year. A full scholarship depends on other components such as GPA and personal traits. It's impossible to say whether or not the score is sufficient for a full ride.

A 27 is great (enough for an high school honors diploma in Ohio), so it's a very good score. No real need to take it again.
