alienware laptops are specific gaming laptops,maybe a bit expensive but you pay for some excellent specs
alienware put alot of emphasis on "looks" and make there laptops say"look at me"by using their alien look ,this makes the laptop ideal for hardcore gamers ,although it dosent make the laptop work any better it makes your laptop stand out in the crowd
however this should not deter any normal users from buying a alienware laptop,they are reasonably priced and for their specs they will run any software you throw at it

everything else video editing,internet surfing,office, some graphic designing,playing music ,photos ,etc. is very standard for alienware the feature about laptops like this the ability to play some of these games on the market at high settings like crysis,starcraft 2,borderlands,deep space, final fantasy,etc.
