People are different, so what might work for one might not work for you. When it comes to 'what works and what doesn't' you have to do a certain amount of experimenting. That is the only way you will ever know what works or doesn't. Don't be afraid to ask others but never take their opinions at face value because you are made differently than they are.

No. Save your money for a doctor's visit and get something that does work, like Retin A or the like.

It doesn't matter how "different" people are; some products, like Retin A, are scientifically tested and FDA-approved as effective medicines while others, like ProActive, are simply unacknowledged topical ingredients bottled and marketed by non-scientifically supported infomercials.
