ok.... you set up your proportions, first. you have .7/x = 19/100.

then, you cross-multiply.

x times 19 = 19x.

.7 times 100 = 70

so then you have 19x = 70

divide by 19 on both sides

x = 19/70 OR 3.6842 (round as needed)
