The whole island my dear. Not because it is my island, and i live here, but because it is universally known.
You have to see the old town with the narrow streets and the stones on the pavements, Lindos with the traditional capitain houses and the Acropolis, the aquarium, and the valley of the Butterflies...
Rodini also, the park and the new town with the italian bulidings. If you see the governors building, (nomarhia)it will remind you the palazzo ducale of Venice.
And then...we go to the wonderful beaches, with the 3 colours, dark blue, light blue and green, the Profitis Ilias mountain , and Filerimos with the nedieval church of Virgin Mary made by the knight s og Rhodes
In the evening you walk in the narrow streets of the old town, and you ahev the impression that the knights will be in front of you...The lights....the colours, and the sea, the port adn all the smells of that age...
Thats why they declared it World Heritage Vity...Thats why I adore it...Thats why i dont change it...This is my island...
