I don't believe any women should be able to smoke before menopause because I believe they need to take extremely good care of their bodies since they are the ones that are able to have babies. Sure, I know there are some women who can't get pregnant at all but those are in the minority and it would be a lot easier to enforce the law if it applied to all of them. Besides, those women don't need to be smoking either because it sets a bad example for the women who can get pregnant.

So how do men know they aren't damaging their sperm by smoking? Besides they are making all those potentially pregnant women sick with their second hand smoke. In an ideal world, nobody would smoke.

Tried smoking once lasted two weeks; gave it up as a loss cause. Smoking at any time in a woman's life is not good.

Yes women should take good care of their bodies, but it is our choice to smoke like chimneys if we want ... I think it should be illegal to smoke while pregnant though ... no mother should put their baby through the problems smoking during pregnancy can cause ...

people should be allowed to smoke, they know the consequences and thats too big to just make that a law, we cant even handle abortion yet
