I enjoy what I do so much, that I don't even consider it work! Find something you like to do.

Yes.
Even with a crap job you can still enjoy your time there. Make a list of all of the things that make, or would make, you happy at work. Try to incorporate these yourself and get colleagues involved too. Once a few of you are having a better time then you all benefit.
A few examples of this are;
(a) To change the layout of your workplace (if possible) so that you can communicate with your colleagues more easily,
(b) Any issues that you have then review them with your peers and come up with cost-effective solutions. A manager cannot turn down a suggestion if it is going to save the company money, unless he is stupid or wants to be fired, and at the same time your lives are made easier,
(c) Some jokes and a bit of larking about assists in good teamwork,
(d) Get managers to delegate work to the team, not to individuals, thereby allowing the team to deal with requirements (the statement "a problem shared is a problem halved" is very true).
There are many other ways that are specific to individuals, but try to do what I suggest. I have done that in my last few jobs and life went from being awful to actually looking forward to going to work.

It is. I absolutely love what I do for a living. I run a home based business on a part time basis, meeting, and speaking with lots of fascinating people, and providing a service which makes profit every month. If it's something you'd ever thought about, go to our website, toprewards.co.uk We might just have the answer for you.

You will always find things not to like on a job, either the tasks or the people you work with. You need to learn to deal with those things. If you hate most of what you do for a living most of the time, it is time to start looking for something else.

Quite so. But first you MUST have a job that is something your eally love to do. Most of us just get a job to earn money and spend many unhappy years of our lives going to it from day to day.

Yes I think it's possible...all depends on your own attitude and your perspective of things. Terrible things do happen, but you can transform them into opportunities :)
