What are the best routes from Cherokee NC toCharleston WV by motorcycle?

What do you mean by "best." It means different things to different people. Do you want fastest, shortest interstate type routes (Rt 19 to Dellwood Rt 276 to Cove Creek I-40 to I-81 to I-77 into Charleston) or blue highway scenic routes? Scenic routes with tourist towns (Rt 441 to Pigeon Forge etc) or few towns (Blue Ridge Parkway up into Va. etc.)?

I don't have a full route for you, but try to get yourself onto Tennessee Hwy 421 around Mountain City. You will go around about 500 curves in 25 miles, beautiful country in the mountains with clouds all around you and amazing views!
