the thing is that i am not going out on dates wit him.my parents dnt allow tat seeing tat i am just 13.i just wnt to be together wit him seeing tat he likes me back.so is it ok..?

You're 13, you cant help but have a crush on boys at this point.
I had a BF at 13. We talked on the phone a lot and went to the movies. I used to go to his house and watch TV and hold hands. We bought each other cute things for the holidays.
Since your mom knows you have a crush on this boy, then you must feel comfortable talking to your mom about things. Keep doing this! Keep talking openly to your mom. She will have a lot of good advice and guidance for you.
After all, she was a 13 year old girl once who probably also had many a crush.
Just for the record, at that age, we were never left unsupervised and we always had a chaperone.

No, I'm sorry. Dating at 13 makes you seem immature to adults and older teens. Adults and teachers can form opinions about you if they get ahold of this information. I would just be friends with him until you're 15. He'll understand if you tell him that you're not ready to date yet.

i am not sure it depends on the girl i dont think so thow i have a 13 year old sister and 14 year old sister and i have told them till there a little older and thay have lissend but if u can handle a boy school and ur home life thats up to u but i ask u to plese not have sex and make babys thank you

yeah, its fine, sounds kind of pointless if your not dating, but since you want to feel cool and tell the kids in school you have a boyfriend, yeah its fine. dumb, but fine.

as long as both your parents and his parents are okay with it, you dont do anything that you shouldnt do at your age, it shouldnt interfere with your friends or school most importantly. good luck!
