I guess that depends on what happens after. Did he/she have a good reason? (car had flat and I was dressed up, spare was flat, etc). Did the person call you back to appologize for missing the date? Maybe the person is beating his/her head against the wall saying, "you idiot, how could you forget...I can't call, he/she won't believe I forgot it was THIS Friday".
Bottom line is, how do you feel about this person and are you willing to keep trying.
