I don't feel the same way. Any neighborhood can be safe if you know what are your surroundings at first, then get along with the neighbors. White neighborhoods are not the only safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, clean, intelligent, polite and well educated.

I understand what you mean. I am white and live in an okay neighbourhood. My friend lives in the ghetto, I've seen gang wars heard people getting shot. In that specific neighbourhood they are racist against me. It's not the colour of the person or people. It is the mentality in which we were raised. If you were raised in a well balanced loving intellectual family most of the time you live in a neighbourhood like that. In the neighbourhood my friend lives in, people are most likely to be poor, have a hard time getting jobs. It is also a high drug area. That is not all places just this one area of that I know. I hope my answer was accurate as to not tick anyone off.

Where i live years ago most of the white working classes moved out and went to live in the suburbs as they said that London was full of foreigners. They still come back into the urban areas to watch football and work but don't want to live there. However, recently a lot of Middle class white people have taken their chances and moved into areas where blacks, asians and jews live. The area's changed and pushed up house prices.

I really think that is a personal opinion. There are several upscale neighborhoods with a mix race who are very successful. Black white asian indian, ect. I think that is a sterotype. God made us all diffrent with our own talents, you just haven't found the right area yet. You will in time. I am a real estate agent so I see all neighborhoods.
Good Luck!

Some are, some are not, and it depends on your definition of the term, safe. In my part of Minnesota, where I live in a predominantly white city, there are 'safe' looking houses. However, a lot of these white people have been busted for turning their houses into meth labs.
Now if I had kids, I wouldnt want my kids growing up in such a drug-infested environment.
Go figure!

straight out of college I moved into an apartment complex where most of the tenets were white. it was safe, quiet, clean....ten years later, I revisted that part of the town and mostly see chrome wheels in the parking lot and it's unkept, and you can tell who lives there.
there are luxury apartment complexes around surrounding neighborhoods that are beginning to have problems with fights, loud music, people yelling at night, car theft, car break-ins, etc. people are moving into those "luxury" apartment complexes by 4/5 tenents to a unit.
I always see these owners of used(90's) luxury cars with chrome wheels pulling out of the parking lot thinking they are important. LOL

i prefer mixed neighborhoods. strictly white neighborhoods are very boring and the only thing people their think about is the property values. if you live in those neighborhoods you have to maintain a homogenised look that does not offset the property value of the people in the neighborhood or their will be hell to pay. misplaced priorities if you ask me. i have a friend who lives in one of em and he has 2 kids and wanted christmas lights all over his house, needless to say, the people in the neighborhood held a meeting and his family got reprimanded for compromising their property values by displaying tacky xmas lights lol aint that something???

The cleanest home I was ever in was a black friend of mine. I must say black people know how to keep a house if you want to make broad, sweeping generalities that have no basis in any statistical analysis.

Race doesn't determine how "nice" a neighborhood is...there are plenty of very scary, unattractive white neighborhoods.
