I have a tank of two day old fry ...they are all over the glass but then there are some small things that are zipping around the rocks and glass....they move twice as fast as the fry and actually zip here and there unlike the fry who are staying on the glass ...does anyone know what they are????

Those could be any number of microorganisms that can be found in aquaria and outdoor ponds. They could include rotifers, larger paramecium, daphnia, ostracods, or copepods. Most are harmless and will provide a food supply for your fry.

If they are small white discs, then it might be fish lice. Put your fry into a separate cup or tank, and try to remove all visible lice with tweezers. If you can't remove all of them, here is a list of medications that will work:Anti-Parasite Medicated Fish Food, Parasite Guard, Parasite Clear, Dylox, General Cure, and Dimlin. Hope this helps!
