People with normal intelligence would not even think up a useless question like that. Nice people are nice, those who are not nice are not. Intelligence, wealth, nationality etc. do not even enter the equation.

As far as my experience goes, people with average intelligence and those with less so seem nice enough. Those with higher intelligence tend to be a little odd, while nice, they tend toward eccentricity and social dysfunction.

i also have a mild disability. If a person with an IQ of 120 or 130, then that person is considered not "nice"
