Do u agree most of the products in this world are actually meaningless but temptation of people?

A lot of stuff generally fits your idea. Who knows how much? I see money spent foolishly all over the place. I know marketers take advantage of this. The best example I can think of right now is bottled water. Most people in America have tap water that is every bit as healthy as what they pay as much as $1.50 a pint for. The high end automobile is mostly trim (plastic & glitter) compared to the low end. People pay two-hundred dollars for shoes no better than the $30 ones. The difference is the name. I could go on and on.

Your question puts the onus in the wrong area. The product is not the source of the temptation, only the person's mind, beliefs and thoughts. Not all women use beauty products and not all men use cigarettes and alcohol.

these things are not bad unless they are a temptation for you. For some people (few people, but there are some) these things dont matter and in those cases it doesnt matter if you use them or not, it has no hold on you. They are in fact meaningless, but if it is not a temptation for you then it doesnt matter if you use it or not. I dont think we should use anything that would harm our bodies (cigerattes, or excessive alchohol) but as long as we are not doing harm to our bodies and it is not a temptation there is nothing wrong with it.
