Like PhilipK said, any spanking should be followed with cuddling afterwards. However, how to progress from there depends really on your relationship, and why she was spanked.
If the spanking was for erotic reasons, then having sex immediately afterwards would certainly be par for the course. Of course, spanking could be the act itself, rather than simply being foreplay, so play this one by ear.
If the spanking was just for fun, or was part of a roleplay that you were doing, then only lead into sex if it seems like the logical thing to do.
