This question is actually very broad ranged it all depends on how much the guy makes in a month or over the year. Child support in general is based on income so check with a lawyer let them know how much you make average per month and they should be able to tell you how much they can take for child support, of course it depends on the # of children as well.

What ever a Judge sais you will pay. I know a friend that went to Court and the Judge awarded his spouse $20,000 . Thats it. He never paid a dime. He went to jail and got out and got him an attorney to file a Lawsuit against Judge for giving a thrid party resititution from a VA Government Disability Check,.
