I have an .avi file and its volume level is too low. The speakers' and the software's volumes are %100, but it is still hardly audible. Is there a way to raise this?

Try opening it in a video editing program and seeing if there's a slider bar that can increase (or decrease) the sound level. It's easy to do this with just a song and a wave editor, but video/audio files are probably more complex.

Some of the programs out there are at

Get an audio report editor and normalize all of them. i think of maximum converters do this, like homestead windows Media participant, actual participant, iTunes, and so on... Normalizing them adjusts the quantity so the loudest section is at height quantity, actually increasing the quantity as much as a possibility without loss of sound high quality.
