It depends on how deep you want the cover rock to be. If it is 6" deep then you can cover 1 square foot with a bag and will need 5610 bags. If it is 1" deep that you want then you can cover 6 square feet with a bag and need 935 (=5610/6) bags.

Those sound like an awfully large number of bags. You probably would be better off going to a place that sells the rocks by the cubic yard and will come and dump it all on the area to be covered so you just need to spread it over the area.

How deep? You have to know the depth of the rock. 4", 6"

At 4" deep, you have 1870 cubic feet. That would mean 3740 bags of rock.

At 6" deep, you have 2805 cubic feet and need 5610 bags
