Hagis is the Scottish dish made from sheep's stomach whereby the sheep's offal and oats are stuffed into the stomach and steamed like a pudding. I think this is actually good if you get it done right.

Balot is a formed chick about to hatch from the egg but still inside the egg shell and you can see it is a completely formed chick. (I could not eat this)
