I'm pretty sure she's gonna let you keep the tractor. However, the house and any money you might ever make in the future with that tractor . . . . . .

I know and understand that you must still have feelings for this guy somehow but it's not good for you to be in a relationship where you're unappreciated and constantly questioning whether or not he's going to break up with you I think you deserve someone a lot better than him and by hanging onto him your not allowing yourself an opportunity to meet other guys just make the breakup as simple as possible tell him since he can't decide if he wants to be with you or not that your going to make the decision for him tell him that you're tired of playing his mind games and that you don't like the way that he treats you and that the relationship is through. if he continues to ignore your phone calls then text him were done.

Stay calm, and if she wants the tractor, give it back. Don't bring it up though. It is a gift, but breakups change everything. She has the right to take it back, and you can take back stuff you gave her. Don't worry too much.

I'm confused, do you want to keep the girl or the tractor? If so then tell her you love her and work it out! I would do something romantic and try to make it natural and easy.

Let her dump you then slag on to her sister. If you want to keep the tractor then do it. If she wants it back, tell her if you gave it back it would only be a ploy to try and woo her and you're over that. You're "goin' to keep it 'cause das' the kind'a guy you are and thats why she's leavin'." Say it like that too, with attitude.
