The character was played by Laurie Metcalf. I met a woman who looks like her (when she was on the show, younger than she is now) the other day, and I didn't know if I should mention it or not. (Erring on the side of caution, I did not.) Would it have been okay? Is this lady considered pretty?

I thought looking like a star would be a good thing, but if you feel that it's something you shouldn't say then go with your gut. I think most people know who she is so yeah I would say something.

i will't imagine absolutely everyone announcing that to me :-) i might want to probable take it as an insult, regardless of if it would want to't be meant as such. solid wifely characteristics i assume might want to be the skill/favor to face by your major different by thick and skinny, advance solid solid toddlers, and guard a brilliant welcoming homestead. that would not sound that undesirable. yet apart from the helping your major different bit it really would not sound like me. i love my boyfriend yet I also love my independence, vacationing, artwork etc. and that i do not opt to be 'tied down' to a loan, homestead existence, youngsters etc. it really is positive for some human beings, besides the indisputable fact that that is not my cup of tea. that is not how I view myself, and that is continuously slightly unusual even as human beings view you in a special thanks to the way you do your self.
