I guess that depends. Salary is based upon the marginal product of your labor and upon the scarcity of people willing to work in that role. Coal mining, for example, pays about the same level, but there is an elevated risk of death. It depends upon what risks you are taking to get the pay. It also depends upon how much net money you keep. I know a physicist who took a job driving for UPS twenty years ago. While his pay would have been more than double the UPS job, he would have had to have lived in New York or Boston, very high cost areas. He makes half the salary but keeps most of it by working in a very low cost area. On a present value basis he makes far more than he could have as a physicist. Gross salary and net funds after living expenses are different ideas. If you live in a high cost area that may not be as good as it sounds. If you live in a low cost area then it is like being rich.

Considering I have a Bachelor's degree in Business, working a FT & PT job making $50K/year combined, you sound like you've got a good thing going. Keep at it!

Yes, considering the fact that the average person only makes between 35,000-43,000 a year.

That's exceptionally good for having no college degree; most people without a college diploma make under $25,000.

I don't know. What are the facts? If you are selling drugs, $65,000 is not much. If you are washing dishes, it is too much.
