What a fine distinction

Morality has never said much was off limits

It is a question of who gets to do what to whom , when and under what circumstances .

So the answer you will get depends on who you ask

Did those people have the right to kill Saddam because of the things Saddam did in the past ?

Who got to do it to him and was their motivation sufficient cause for it - That is your morality question right there

Not was killing Saddam right/wrong but was the who and when and why for killing him acceptable

His followers would say no it is murder - and that the killers should be brought to "justice"

Those that saw him as a threat say it was a law-full execution that was the "right" of the state

Where do I stand on it ?

I would have been more worried about him attaining martyr status by killing him than obviously anyone else was -

For that reason I would have left him in jail to die an old man -
I don't think killing him was wrong at all - It was an execution and as such it comes with all the paradox's and dilemma's of one

I just don't want to see a church of Saddam as a result of it

It was an execution. But his executioners behaved like a bunch of thugs so it was more of an execution in the style of beheadings by terrorists. It was not exactly the finest moment in the history of Iraq's fledgling democracy.

There is a big question mark on that, looking at the manner in which his execution was dramatised and publicised! Maybe, the Iraqi government, though supported by America, has a hidden agenda which USA may never know! He may still be alive and may have been secretly exiled in Jordan!

right here we pass returned with lies against the Shia. you're no longer fooling all people with a tale of one rape and asserting all Shia are doing it. My goodness, why do you extrapolate to tell lies? you have been analyzing my writing, have not you? this is rather obtrusive because of the fact how many human beings do you already know who "supoprt US and Shia's"? extraordinarily because of the fact the U.S. has been struggling with the Shia Mahdi military in Iraq? Sunni dying squads, ala Al Qaeda, are the persons who've completed the main killing in Iraq because of the fact the U.S. invasion and you already realize it. Who cares no remember in case you're male or lady? What that could desire to do with something?
