I am not sure what you are really saying, but read this. You wrote "... and my grade is 37, what is my grade?"
To me that makes no sense at all, but if you want to know your grade, it is 37.

Standard deviations are not expressed at percentages. Are you saying the SD is 19? If so, then the 2SD range for the class is 5 to 81, with a mean of 43. Thirty-seven would be minus 0.32 SD.

I assume your teacher grades on the curve. You should find out what the curve to. Meaning is the average a C, C+, B etc. If you are within one standard deviation of the average you should receive a grade within that range. A standard deviation of 19% is 8.17 points. Everyone in the range of 34.83 and 51.17 should get the grade the teacher curved the average to be. You are definitely passing. If your teacher curves to a C you're around a 73% if they curve to a higher grade you're doing better.
