i mean like for a person to be part cat.....like cat balance, climbing etc...

There was a toy being advertised recently as "half girl, half cat" and I'm sure I know some girls who are like this ... but apart from chewing your cat's tail or eating the cat as is done in some cultures, there is little chance of getting cat DNA inside you.

However, your question is not particularly clear.

All cats have (some) cat DNA.
