I have been cramping really bad and feel like i have tons of gas and feel like my stomach is going to growl ,p

pain in my upper stomach it kind of feel like contractions. cause i start to cramp up and it goes to my lower back i know im not pregnant cause i checked .. so what can it be . i even tried letting air out . but i couldnt. has anyone else gone through this..

Irritable bowel syndrome is characterized by a group of symptoms in which abdominal pain or discomfort is associated with a change in bowel pattern, such as loose or more frequent bowel movements or diarrhea, and/or hard or less frequent bowel movements or constipation.

Is this a new symptom? Have you changed your diet, or lost weight? I would make an apt. with your doc., it would difficult to diagnose your symptoms without being seen.

been there!! for me it turned out to be irritable bowels. watch closely what you are eating, and the effects it has on your stomach. i was sensitive to milk, so i just drink it in moderation and that helps. if you are really unsure, have your doctor check!!

for the gas, you can get simethicone to help with the gas (gas x, oval). you can get them at any pharmacy or department stores (by the acid relief).
