lol, thanks for the laugh. This formula soothes the Liver; disperses and circulates stagnated Liver-Qi to regulate the Stomach. It is used for the Stagnation of Qi due to depression of the Liver; fullness and distention in the chest and hypochondrium. Related symptoms are: depression, pain and fullness over the costal and epigastric region, stomachache, gastric upset and vomiting, eructation; regurgitation; indigestion; loss of appetite.

They have some strange names, but they work wonders.
One I am given for metabolism is called "six gentlemen plus."
And my acupuncturist's standby: Yu Ju Wan (not sure of spelling) "to free from restraint", which cleanses the liver and digestive system.
