As a first principle know that "more than a gain 'losses from said gain' is significant"

By getting angry you are a consistent loser!

To control anger practise to look at facts "in a viewpoint of others"(including those who makes you angry)!

Or just halt reacting (a self imposed prolonging before reacting to a situation), which will give you time to assess facts more logically! A cool head prevails then. Most people can do it!

Never say to others you are straightforward, honest etc... and get angry on of that basis!

Recognise that a 75 % of quick and angry reactions are resulting from 'not-mature conclusions'! So prolonging reaction a bit is most practical way to control anger!

I won't recommend that you should kill all your anger for long periods!

A strong signal should go to a person who makes you angry. Let your opponent feel that you will act (be prepared to kill ego of your opponents then and there! Learn that skill from unethical friends of yours)!

All these are one to one games!

What is your age? male or female? when, where and why the anger developes? analyse the situation,find the after effect.Think whether the anger is necessary, and if not learn how to stop or avoid.

If you develop the anger it will become a behaviour: so make simple exercises,technique & etc to control or divert anger:

first relax your self. if you get angry about the thinks that are not related to you then ignore the problem. or if it is your problem then handle it in a soft manner, listen to every one side by you then give your reply. or if you cant control the at times then take a deep breath. this may definitely control your anger.

Many people tend to express all their negative emotions as anger. When I teach anger management, I explain that the more a person allows themselves to express fear, sadness, disappointment, loneliness, frustration, and other "bad" feelings they often have less anger to manage. The next issue is that most of us tend to ignore our anger until it is overwhelming - don't ignore it - when you feel a little bit angry do something about it - don't wait until you can't take anymore.

U can control ur anger by doing yog and meditation

You can control your anger by doing some yoga.It is really helpful.Believe me.I am telling this by personal experience.It will help a person to get control over his body and even mind.Try it out.

i have the same problem 2. you can control it by doing yoga, hit the wall or pillow when u r in anger. thats all i do. the best thing is yoga.

Do some breathing exercises and practise YOGA & Meditation everyday.
I am sure... definitely there will B a grate change & good results which keeps u r life in correct track.

whenever you feel that you are likely to lose the cool breathe deeply.Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.let it be done for 10-20 times till you are attuned to peace.This is only a short term treatment.For coming over your anger permanently turn to sprituality depending upon your age.
