YES Im a college student so I have to be. I go to JC PENNY or KHOLS only when they have sales.

People would be suprised that Walmart isnt the cheapest. Ive gotton $5 shorts and $8 jeans at jcpenny and a 99cent shirt at ross. A $6 shirts and a skort at macy's and the mall always has sales. Childrens place has a 4,.99 sale and I even got my little girl this fancy spring dress, was $30! The mall's clearnce is always very cheap and Old navy.

If I want a bargain I shop at walmart. But I should be a bargain shopper. It's so much cheaper and I save more mula. But I like nice things. mo.

Clothes --> Clearence Racks at any or all of my favorite stores! Penney's, Kohl's, Target, KMart, Fashion Bug, Boscov's, Walmart
Groceries --> Aldi or Walmart
Misc --> Outlet stores, Big Lots, Burlington Coat Factory, Gabriel Brothers, thrift stores, garage sales, Craigslist, ebay

I tend to use the cheaper brands at any store it saves money in the long run. When I catch a sale, I will buy more as well. I work very hard to earn my cheep skate title too bad the ex didn't notice that!

Of course, aren't most people...my daughter is the best at it. Any where she goes, she can find a bargain.
