Go to the Riverside county superior court site (California) and go to the forms area. They have divorce information there that I used and it was very helpful. Also you don't need a letter. You just don't respond if you are the respondent.

In this case, it would be better to use the KISS formula(Keep It Simple and Stupid). A simple one line sentence stating that you agree to the divorce, should be enough. You have made no further commitment, as to division of property, and child, if any, support.
