Plenty of bed rest, drink loads of water and keep the curtains drawn, as bright light only makes it worse.

The best cure is sleep, but if that's not possible then take two tylenol and drink PLENTY of water. Next, eat a great big greasy breakfast. Bacon & eggs, or even McDonalds cheeseburgers will do. For some reason, the greasy food soaks up the residual alcohol. If all else fails, follow the advice above to make yourself sick. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Well I have lots of experience and really nothing works but sometimes things do work. People are different and different remedies work for different people.
1. Have one of the same drink you had the night before with an egg. The alcohol and proteins from the egg kind off balance you out. SInce you had a lot of alcohol the night before your body is freaking out because you abruptly stopped putting it into your system. If you let yourself down slowly (drinking the alcohol) and eat an egg or something protein rich (protein = energy) you will more than likely feel better.
2. Smoke a joint. I don't know if you are into that or not but if you smoke weed or know people who smoke weed they can tell you it is much easier to deal with a hangover if you get high.
3. Before you drink buy a product called Chaser. Basically you take one before you drink or with your first drink. I have used these and they do work. you can find them at such stores as GNC or some kind of health and vitamin store or any Pharmacy.

If I am kinda sober enough to remember I drink 2 glasses of water BEFORE I go to bed. I have a glass of water next to the bed so I can have something to drink as soon as I wake up. Then I take some Excedrin migraine...that covers it most of the time. The other thing that seems to help me is I eat good foods the day I am drinking. I don't eat a lot of greasy foods. It helps me not get sick that night or the next day :) Good luck and happy drinking :)

come in from a session and drink a pint of cold water , this would prevent it happening , but if you are hung over the following morning , nothing beats the old fashion reminder , a raw egg in a drop of water , give it 5 Min's and you are cured to eat as good fry. that is the truth.

I dont know but i gotta tell you something weird. I think i might drink in my sleep. I had a dream that i drank a whole bottle of whiskey, and i woke up and felt like i really did, and didnt feel all that great. I dont even drink yet!! for your hangover..wet cold cloth on the forehead, dont stop drinking but get less drunk...eat rice.

Whenever I go out, I always try and drink at least two pints of water before going to sleep. You dont have to drink them fast or anything, but it really helps. You dont feel so much like death the next day
