Bras, in my opinion, aren't comfortable but they are much better than the alternative, which is not to wear one. It would be very difficult to participate in sports without one. I never understood the bra burning movement in the 60's. Bras aren't meant to restrict or oppress us; they are meant to provide us with more comfort and enjoy activities that otherwise would be difficult. Also, I think a woman invented them.

The Bra is kinda like the lightbulb, if Edison didn't invent it , someone else would have,because getting into and out of their predecessors was a pain - literally.

I used to hate bras and think they're so constricting! Now I like them.. they're comfy if you get the right size and material for you.
I like Victoria's Secret body bras. :)
