The 1893 Columbian Exposition silver half is valued at $18 in grade nice circulated with traces of original luster, $20 in grade almost uncirculated, and from $30 for low-end uncirculated specimens up to $1000 for a gem uncirculated coin. Columbian halves in lower grades are being sold in the range of $12 to $15.

The half dollar was issued to honor the 400th anniversary of Columbus' discovery of a group of Caribbean islands and was initially sold for $1 each. This coin was also dated 1892, but the Exposition did not manage to open until 1893.

It is worth $9.25 in grade very fine to $60 in Mint State-63. There are a lot of circulated ones, for they did not all sell and were put into circulation. The mintage was 1,550,405. They also minted 950,000 dated 1892. Values are about what a coin dealer would pay.

Commonly referred to exhibits at the Chicago Worlds Fair.
This is one of the more common early commemorative half dollars, and 1893 is the more common of the two dates available -- 1892 is slightly rarer.
In circulated condition, it's worth about $8.00
A nice uncirculated one is worth about $50.00
