Well done but the subject matter (much younger guy with old woman) was kind of creepy. It's been awhile since I've seen "Harold and Maude" so I don't remember how the soundtrack went.

I preferred the first one, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle. However, Escape from Guantanamo Bay wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, since it was a sequel. Also, are they really going to release another Harold & Kumar film? Since I've seen the first two, I might as well see the third one, when it's released! I still don't get how the hell Kal Penn is working in the White House now though...I guess the fact that, in the Harold & Kumar films, Penn's character smoking all that pot appealed to Obama.

Oh GOSH YES!!! I think it is the all time coolest movie EVER!!!
I remember when my friends recommended it to me so I got it, I started watching the opening and thought, what on earth IS this??? It just seemed a little boring and then when Harold got up on the chair and kicked the chair out from under him, I thought Oh MY WORD! And THEN as his MOTHER came in and just kept on a running conversation with the "Corpse" just hanging there, WOW! And then when it hit me he was faking it I couldn't stop shrieking with laughter!!!
The "Suicide with the blood every where in the bathroom and his mother FINALLY breaking down a bit with "I just can't take this anymore" HILARIOUS!
And it had so many wonderful tender moments.
I think my favourite tender moment in the movie is when He gives Maude a ring to let her know how much he loves her and she takes it and holds it, then throws it in the lake, and for a moment he looks genuinely hurt, but she smiles at him and says "Now I'll ALWAYS know where it is" COOL!
No two ways about it! Absolutely COOL!
the date who is watching Harold out by the pool as he "immolates himself and her freak out while Harold's mother remains absolutely calm...priceless
Oh you make the whole movie come back to me just by asking!!!
Love the movie Love the soundtrack!!! I am humming it right now!!!!!
P.S> watched it again last night, the scene where the mother is answering the questionaire for the dating service is a crack up! he doesn't get to say a word, of course the whoile time she is going over the questionaire he is doing the cross yourself pistol in the mouth suicide thing, knocks him over backwards HAH!
Oh and I cant believe I didn;t notice this before but did YOU notice that everytime he is in the psychiatrists office, he wears EXACTLY what the psychiatrist is wearing? Same blazer, same slacks, same colour shirt, same tie! I just noticed that last night.

I WATCH THAT ALONG TIME AGO, IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST TOUCHING &EMOTIONAL LOVE STORIES AS A YOUNG PERSON IT HAD GIVING ME A NEW SLANT OF A LOVE , THE ACTRESS & ACTOR DID SUCH A GREAT JOB OF PORTRAING ,THE MOST MOVING A MOVIE OF THE UNCONDISTIONAL OF TRUE LOVE NO MATTER OF THE CIRCUMSTANCE
