Is it heavy, or are you just spotting? If it is heavy, you need extra iron and perhaps you need to see the doctor. If you are going light, there's not much they can do. Your body will probably regulate itself as you get older. My daughter used to go for three weeks at a time. The doctor could not really do anything and she stopped on her own.

Has this happened before? Is this your first period?? If this is your first period, if it is, your body is adjusting to this new thing. This is common for the first period. But if this isnt your first period you need to go see your doctor. not an emergency, but something that needs to be looked at.

You need to go to a doctor. My best friends period went on for about 4 months straight. Her mom JUST took her, I dont understand why but It's important to go. They will most likely put you on the pill which is no big deal. But you really need to go to your mom and have her take you to the doctor.
