Of course you can, your brain is still active when you're sleeping, and you can be dreaming that you're doing something, and your body can make the same movements. Like reaching or feeling for something, talking while asleep, swatting something. Also, it tends to be used in comedy, but if something touches you while sleeping, your brain will still react and swat it away. Like if you have a pet that hops on the bed while your sleeping and gives you a kiss on your nose.

It would be awful hard to do all that packing, load things into a truck and drive to down the road to move it to a new place while being asleep. LOL
Seriously Yes your body can have involuntary movement while sleeping esp.during dream sleep.
