What if the many plots weren't stopped ? What would the world look like then ?
What would our life be like if they hadn't been stopped ? Even the most recent one in Saudi Arabia would've have a very large effect on our daily lives here in America !!

Yes, every day that the news shows a bomb that did not get found in time. I think thank God that didn't happen at one of our shopping centers schools and bus stops. Our government may not have crushed Bin Laden yet, but he has not been able to get here and kill any more of our children. For that I am thankful.

i've got self assurance the conflict HAS made it greater secure as a results of fact we now are greater vigilant. what number plots have been thwarted? Take the single in the united kingdom in the present day. till now 9/11, we've been asleep on the wheel. no person, and that i recommend, no person would have imagined this. became into the intell there? particular. became into it defective? regrettably particular. have been there WMD there at one time? I do have self assurance so. i don't think of you get 9/11. It wasn't basically a fulfillment on human beings. somebody got here on our soil and tried to wreck many human beings. i've got self assurance that the conflict on Terrorism isn't won in the strictest experience. it may basically be contained. and that's what i think of the conflict in Iraq is approximately now. Containing, not triumphing.

Are you asking the people who think 9-11 was a government conspiracy?
Or the loons who think that every terrorist plot that is uncovered was a bogus scare tactic used to garner Republican votes?
They don't consider terrorism a real threat, it's the possibility that Big Brother might listen in on a phone conversation and learn the secret recipe for Aunt Ethels cheesecake that they feel we are threatened by.

Before there were banks, there was no bank robberies. In other words, prior to the banking industry there was no consideration for preventing bank robberies.
The same applies for terrorists plots. terrorists plots started decades ago. As these plots escalated, so has the security to prevent them. Your question is a bit silly.
Regardless of who was in charge of the government, actions would have been taken to prevent attacks. The public would demand no less.

Terrorists are like drug dealers. There are 5 waiting to take the place of the one that the cops hauled off.
How do you know there are not more terrorists here, under student visas, educating themselves like the guys from 9/11 did? A terrorist attack of great magnitude takes many years of careful planning and maneuvering to pull off. They are here, they are planning, we just have not seen them yet.
I did answer your question, I pointed out you cannot prove that all the terrorism plots have been stopped. I will tell you how my life has changed when the war on terror is won and there are NO terrorists left. Like that is even a feasible outcome. The war on terror, we need to look in the mirror. We have become a terrorist nation in the eyes of the world. Just because some politician says we need to invade, does not automatically make it an example of taking the higher ground.
