What will happen to the cell if the Plasma Membrane bursts ?
Please explain. It's my bio question I can't get answer to......

The cytoplasm leaks out to the environment (extracellular fluid) and the cell dies usually.

It is theoretically possible for the cell to repair the membrane, but it depends on why it bursts - and the bursting sounds like it's not repairable.

This is how penicillin (an antibiotic) kills susceptible bacteria (particularly gram positive bacteria).

The contents of the cell arent anchored to anything so if the membrane burst the cells contents will spill out. It will also disrupt the specific concentation of ions inside the cell which are carefully regulated by ion chanels. The cell will die.

if plasma membrane bursts then every material will be able to enter the cell and damage it

Well, if the concentration of water outside the cell is higher than inside the cell (you're saying you put the leaf in distilled water, so the outside conc must be greater), water will move into the cell-osmosis.
