That comes up automatically.
If you try to choose one now, you will be told you have to wait at least 4 hours before you can choose 'best answer'.
It's just a glitch in their programme.

only because we can become so busy that if our questions werent highlighted in yellow at some point....we'd end up like those unfair people who just dont pick a best answer...ya know?
