ok i have a question. i have my profile thing set up so that people from yahoo answers can't keep emailing me. however, if i add someone to my contacts list, will they be able to email me anyway????? please answer ASAP. PLEASE!!!!

Tried it. You seem to have disabled the Email contact. So, no, noone can contact you even if they list you as a contact. Check your setup.
EDIT: Okay, now it seems it's fixed.

As long as your setting is that no one can email you then no one can.

not from answers --- if they have your address then yes they can from any email program
