Looking for a website that will most likely earn well from Adsense? The best topics are those:
- that attract visitors likely to spend money
- make sure your site is not the end destination, but merely a jump off point to a way to spend money
- site where conversion of advertisers is likely to be high (otherwise you'd be smartpriced)
The best example is a product review site. Say for example you run a camera review site. Visitors that you will attract are those who are in the market looking for camera to buy. Your site provides the information about the various camera options, while the Adsense ads shows the places where to buy the cameras and camera parts. Hence, your site is not the end destination, and visitors are just researching for the product you offer. Hence they are likely to click on the ads, and advertisers conversion will be high reducing the risk of smartpricing.
Compare that to a dating site where visitors come to the site to look for partners. They're not likely to click on the ads because their end destination is your site. Hence to make money, you need to compensate for your low CTR click through rate, low ECPM effective cost per impression and low EPC earnings per click -- which you can only achieve by having gazillions of traffic.

Adbrite and Bidvertiser are possibly the best after adsense. You don't have to worry about changing your address there because they give you an option to get paid via paypal. Though the earnings may not be like that of adsense, I remember making $1670 in one month with bidvertiser. My highest with adbrite was $131 in a single day, but that eventually drained out. If you're focussed on using only these two for CPC, then I'm sure you will make lots of money :) Hope this helps. Check them out.

I suspect that you realize that this is harder than it seems! But you need to pick a subject that has plenty of potential attraction for 'traffic'.
This would suggest using some sort of tool to research topics which you might find interesting to work on as the site -- to become established will need to have a decent number of pages AND feature some genuine and preferably original content.
Each page will need to have enough content to make the site worthy of growing visitor numbers as well as re-turn visits.
Best advice is dont worry too much about the topic -- pick something you are interested enough in, and check out what levels of search activity goes on around terms related to your topic -- then develop pages that feature appropriate keywords for the searches done every month.
Then start to submit your site to as many directories as possible and try other forms of promotion regularly until you start to se growing visits and ad clicks.
Keep the site alive by adding more content at regular intervals, AND by adding to/rewriting/updating existing conten on a regular basis.
Most of all -- try to avoid adding to the millions of cr*ppy sites out there that offer no visitor value in an effort scrape a few asense dollars every month.

To make that much you would need a decent ammount of traffic. The best way to get this would be with good content. It would be best to base the website on something that interests you, add new content reguarly.
I would also suggest against basing the site on anything technical as the people most likely to go to such sites are also the people most likely to be using adblockers.
