how do i unlock blaine's gym and the other locked gym in pokemon leafgreen?

i got the other 6 gyms beat i just need those 2 gyms

For Blaine - you need the key which is inside the mansion there. It's in the basement then you just beat Blaine afterwards and then you leave the Gym. You'll see Bill outside and he'll come and talk to you about other islands and whether you would like to go and visit them or not. It's up to you. it's good experience since there's powerful trainers at those islands but you don't have to do that part right now. If you decide not to do it then the boat for the ships will be at the Vermilion City dock anyway since you've beaten Blaine in a battle, you can now go back to the Viridian City Gym.

Do you see the burned down mansion next to his gym? Walk through that, and eventually when you get to the highest floor, there should be a key somewhere.
