can i get the police report and 9-1-1 purge from the original arrest?

i wasnt the one arrested but i am involved in the case.

If the police was called by you. Yes. Ask the police who wrote up the incident report. if you remember the officer's name and badge No: . Then go to the present for more information.

No; the best you can hope for is hiring a good attorney that will find a legal means of surpressing or excluding this evidence from being heard by the Judge and/or Jury.
