Cthulhu was originally in the bible, but she went back in time and removed herself from the text. She also devoured several million people, but that is neither here nor there.

Because Lovecraft invented/made-up Cthulhu and all the other characters in his books. They did not exist until Lovecraft wrote his books.

Probably because H.P. Lovecraft was born many, many, many years after the Bible was written and could not add a P.S. to the end of the sacred text.

Christians already destroy and steal the works of Lovecraft. Even suggesting something like you did in your question will send them off looking for their razor blades and library cards.
