When you first get your period as a young woman, sometimes your body will miss one here and there until your hormones start kicking in. Stress is a big factor in missing them. Unless you're sexually active (at 13, I hope not!!) and think you're pregnant, I'm sure your periods will become regular very soon.

When you first get your periods they are all messed up. They can go from being 28-60 days apart. I am 14. I just freaked out because it had been 52 day sense my last period. An hour after I said that I went to the restroom and boom there it was. After about a year or two later you should get on track.

Stress, can cause you to miss your period and also it takes 2 years tops to get your period regular.

When you just begin your period it is very random. It takes a bit for your body to get into its rhythm. Stress can be detrimental as well. Don't worry to much. It'll come sooner than you'd like.

since you are probably fairly new to having your period it could be lots of different things. it could be stress, or just your period trying to regulate itself. sometimes birth control pills help with that. just because you are not sexually active, doesn't mean that you can't go on the pill

Its normal. If you're 13, and just started having your period, it's normal to skip a month (or two).

Unless you are sexually active, don't worry about it. It takes some time for your periods to normalize.
