I tried to extract Toxocara egg DNA from stool sample, but I got the DNA from a yeast. How can I get the right DNA I'm looking for and be able to eliminate those contaminants? Please help. Thanks! L

Culture it first and then isolate the DNA. Use separation techniques to get the organism first.

sorta confused state ok they gel electroforosis is best in that u can find the DNA that ur are searching refer gel e lectrophorosis
